Cream and sage-green interiors run through all categories; walk-in closets and rain showers are standard. Raffles opened the property in 2011 as the brand's first all-villa resort. A five-stage filtration system allowed the resort to eliminate single-use plastic in 2019. The spa offers Biologique Recherche facials and side-by-side massage; steam room and sauna are on site. Boat excursions to La Digue Island depart directly from Anse Takamaka beach. Vallée de Mai, a UNESCO forest of 400-year-old coco de mer palms, is accessible by road. Creole cooking classes take place in an open-air beach kitchen. Aldabra giant tortoises inhabit the neighbouring island of Curieuse.
