On Madirokely Beach in Nosy Be, Royal Beach Hotel & Spa is five buildings of two storeys each holding 114 rooms. The resort lies five minutes on foot from Ambatoloaka. Superior rooms occupy 44 m², Deluxe rooms 47 m², and suites 88 m². Suites hold four guests and open onto large terraces fitted with garden furniture; each includes a lounge area, bathrobe, telephone, and service basket for pool or beach use. All units feature bay windows with mosquito nets, air conditioning, LCD television with international channels, safe, mini-bar, and wireless internet. Selected rooms and bathrooms have been adapted for wheelchair access; wheelchairs are available on request.

Two restaurants operate on the property. Le Nautile, the main dining room upstairs, serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffet-style. Le Sunset View offers an à la carte snack menu at lunch; dinner service follows a set menu on event evenings. Three bars — Lounge Bar, Sunset View Bar, and Pool Bar — are open daily. Two swimming pools, one with a paddling pool, sit within the grounds. The private beach provides deckchairs, beach beds, parasols, and showers; towels are supplied by the hotel. A spa, gym, tennis court, billiard table, table tennis, video-game room, and kids' club for ages three to twelve are available. Twenty-four-hour room service runs the full restaurant menu; a snack menu operates after hours. A 170 m² air-conditioned meeting room accommodates 80 seated guests.
