Set within landscaped grounds fronting Jamaica's Seven Mile Beach, Sandals Negril is an adults-only resort with 223 rooms and suites distributed across the Paradise, Longshore, Sundowner, Bamboo Grove, and Palm Grove buildings. Entry-level Paradise Deluxe rooms occupy the Paradise building and feature mahogany four-poster king beds and marble bathrooms. Longshore Luxury Rooms overlook tropical gardens. Beachfront Grande Luxe Club Level Rooms open onto balconies or patios; walkout units step directly from ground-floor terraces onto sand. Bamboo Grove Swim-up Club Suites feature zero-entry pool access from ground-floor patios. One-bedroom Butler Suites in Palm Grove include dedicated butler service, four-poster beds, and separate living areas. Two-story Butler Villa Suites in Longshore spread over two floors with wet bars and rooftop terraces. Skypool Butler Suites on the third and fourth floors of Bamboo Grove include private plunge pools and ocean views.

Eight restaurants operate on site; five bars include two swim-up bars. Four pools and three whirlpools are found across the property. PADI-certified scuba diving takes place on nearby reefs; snorkelling, kayaking, paddleboarding, water skiing, and wakeboarding are included. Land activities include tennis, pickleball, beach volleyball, and squash. A fitness centre with Life Fitness equipment and group classes occupies one building. Red Lane Spa offers treatments at additional cost. Island Routes runs guided tours off property. Round-trip airport transfers and wireless internet are complimentary.
