Savoy Seychelles Resort & Spa

The Savoy Seychelles Resort & Spa runs two restaurants and a bar within its sixteen-acre garden on Beau Vallon Bay, the most visited beach on Mahé.

Grand Savoy is the main dining room. The kitchen cooks contemporary international food with a Creole thread running through it — a culinary team drawing on local tradition to shape a menu that is neither purely Seychellois nor generically international. The indoor lounge opens onto a terrace that looks out over the garden, so the table is partly indoors and partly not. Breakfast is served here each morning; dinner runs through the evening.

Pescado sits beside the pool, lower in the garden, closer to the trees. The kitchen is seafood-led: fresh fish and seafood are delivered each morning, and the à la carte menu runs through the afternoon. It is a quieter venue than the main restaurant, and the pool and garden read as part of the setting from every table.

Gecko Bar occupies a spot on Beau Vallon from which the westward sunset is visible across the bay. The bar list runs to signature cocktails and rum-based drinks. At the time of writing, Gecko Bar is closed until further notice.

The resort sits twenty-five minutes by car from Seychelles International Airport.
