Set in tropical gardens on Jambiani Beach, Sharazād Boutique Hotel is 24 rooms across two properties facing the Indian Ocean. The main property opened in 2016 with 12 rooms; Sharazād Oasis, opened in 2020, holds a further 12 rooms within a hectare of forest and 180 metres of beachfront. Both stand on a combined two hectares of land with 230 metres of ocean frontage. The hotel accommodates guests aged 12 and above only.
Rooms include ceiling fans, mosquito nets, safes, and complimentary wireless internet. Sea View rooms in the six-room villa feature queen-size beds, separate tubs and showers, and private verandas. The ten Oasis Bungalows offer king-size beds, en-suite bathrooms, and ocean-view verandas surrounded by forest. Two Oasis Deluxe Suites each hold a private beach area and wooden veranda. A two-bedroom Family House stands 80 metres from the beach with a full kitchen, living room, and two bathrooms.
The View Restaurant overlooks one of three pools and serves modern dishes with indoor and outdoor seating. Habibi Beach Bar operates at the Oasis property. A yoga studio, spa, and boutique shop are available on site. Activities include kite surfing, scuba diving, cycling, and guided walks. The hotel holds no air-conditioning; cross-ventilation through large windows and ceiling fans maintain temperature. Laundry service, room service, and secure parking are provided. Cooking courses and private beach dinners can be arranged.
