Singita Milele is a private villa set into Sasakwa Hill inside the Grumeti Reserve, a large private concession in northern Tanzania on the western edge of the Serengeti ecosystem. The villa takes up to ten guests and is booked as a whole — no other parties, no shared dining room, no strangers at the fire.
Five en-suite guest suites are spread across the property, each individually designed and named for a distinct category of wildlife encountered in the reserve. Every suite has a terrace, lounge, dressing room, and outdoor shower. Communal areas include an infinity pool facing the Serengeti plains, four separate jacuzzis, a movie room, a fitness centre, a boma with firepit, and an outdoor sala. Swivel chairs are positioned around the property specifically for game watching between drives.
Drives go out twice daily — once in the cool of the morning and once in the late afternoon — with Singita rangers. The Grumeti Reserve lies along the western corridor of the Great Migration, so large concentrations of wildebeest and zebra move through between roughly May and July, though resident wildlife is present and active year-round.
The villa is designed for families and groups travelling together, and the configuration — private kitchen, private staff, dedicated vehicles — suits celebrations and extended gatherings as well as straightforward safari travel.
