Singita Pamushana sits on a sandstone ridge above Malilangwe Dam inside the Malilangwe Wildlife Reserve — a private conservation area of around 130,000 acres in Zimbabwe's Chiredzi district. The lodge holds eight suites, each with a private plunge pool, double-sided fireplace, outdoor shower, and a game-viewing deck fitted with a Swarovski spotting scope. Suites range from one-bedroom to three-bedroom family configurations, so the lodge works for couples and multi-generational groups alike.

The building's stonework references the scale and masonry of Great Zimbabwe, and the interior draws on Shangaan cultural patterns in its decoration. The result is a lodge that reads as deliberately placed in this landscape rather than imported into it.

Game drives go out daily in Land Cruisers carrying no more than six guests, with professional rangers and trackers. Rhino tracking is one of the reserve's distinguishing activities — Malilangwe supports a rhino population, and tracking on foot with a guide is offered alongside conventional game drives. Guided walks, fishing on the dam below the lodge, a sundowner cruise on the same dam, rock art site visits, and community visits to local Shangaan villages round out what is available.

Singita Pamushana operates in partnership with the Malilangwe Trust, a non-profit organisation whose work funds conservation and community programmes across the reserve.

Malilangwe House, a five-bedroom exclusive-use property on the same ridge, is available for families or groups who want the reserve entirely to themselves.
