Set high above Plettenberg Bay on Baron's View Estate, Sky Villa Boutique Hotel commands views across the Indian Ocean, Robberg Peninsula, and the Outeniqua Mountain Range to the west. Fourteen air-conditioned en-suite bedrooms occupy the main villa; each opens onto a private balcony facing either ocean or mountains. The Honeymoon Suite and Presidential Suite include deep soaking tubs, fireplaces, underfloor heating, and heated towel racks. The Deluxe Suite adds a sitting area and mountain terrace. Sea-facing rooms and mountain-facing rooms feature king beds, showers, and private balconies. Six additional bedrooms and a self-catering cottage occupy Sky Annex, a two-minute walk from reception, with access to a heated pool and shared lounge.
Sky Restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner using hotel-grown herbs and vegetables; the wine cellar stocks South African labels. Sky Bar, a rooftop terrace with a jet pool, operates fully from mid-December to mid-January and by arrangement outside those dates. The spa offers massages and facials using Healing Earth products, available to in-house guests by arrangement. Daily yoga classes run on an open-air deck. Two pools—the Sky Pool and Zen Pool—sit within the landscaped gardens. A fitness centre, snooker room, and sculpture gallery displaying bronze works by South African artists occupy the estate. Green-flag cycle trails wind through the fynbos from the gate. Plettenberg Bay holds Whale Heritage Site status; Southern Right whales calve in the bay from June to December. Robberg Nature Reserve lies within reach by road.
