St. James's Club Resort & Villas

Light floods 540 sq ft Beachfront Rooms through doors that open to white sand at Coco's Beach. St. James's Club & Villas is an all-inclusive resort on a 100-acre peninsula on Antigua's southeast coast, anchored by two beaches—Mamora Bay and Coco's—and six pools. Club Rooms at 425 sq ft sit on ground level among gardens. Premium Rooms span 500 sq ft with ocean or garden views from first- or second-storey balconies. Junior Suites provide 400 sq ft and large terraces. Royal Suites, reserved for guests eighteen and older, run 570 sq ft with sunken seating, floor-to-ceiling windows, and marina views; access to a dedicated waterfall pool and separate plunge pool is included. Two-bedroom villas measure 1,600 sq ft, three-bedroom villas 1,900 sq ft; both contain full kitchens, separate living areas, and terraces overlooking Mamora Bay.

Five restaurants operate across the property. Rainbow Garden serves buffet breakfast and lunch, à la carte dinner. Coco's Restaurant occupies an upper deck and offers Caribbean dishes on select evenings. The Docksider sits waterfront with buffet dinners nightly. Eleven-11 runs open-air à la carte service from 11am to 11pm. Piccolo Mondo presents Italian cuisine on a hillside setting. A beachside grill operates at lunch. Seven bars include Mamora Bay Café for coffee and pastries, and a dedicated bar for Royal Suites guests.

Non-motorised water sports—Hobie Cats, kayaks, paddle boards, snorkelling gear—are included. Four tennis courts and three pickleball courts are lit for night play. The Tranquility Body & Soul spa runs massage, facial, and body treatments. A 24-hour fitness centre overlooks the grounds. Housekeeping is provided every other day.
