Set on the banks of the Ewaso Nyiro River in Buffalo Springs National Reserve, the camp holds sixteen tented suites built to face the water and the wildlife that moves along it. Each suite has hardwood floors, a king bed, a lounge area, and a deck that opens to the river. A private plunge pool sits outside every suite. En-suite bathrooms feature walk-in showers, dressing gowns, and contemporary fittings. All suites are equipped with fans, mosquito nets, safes, mini-bars, and complimentary wireless internet.
The main lodge areas include a restaurant, a terrace overlooking the river, a spa offering massages, and a swimming pool. Dining is served on the terrace or arranged as bush breakfasts and private sundowners in the reserve. Guided game drives and walking safaris depart daily with trackers and naturalists who interpret the Samburu ecosystem and its wildlife. The reserve is part of the wider Samburu region, known for elephants, reticulated giraffe, and birdlife along the Ewaso Nyiro corridor. You can hear the river from the deck. The camp accepts credit cards, provides twenty-four-hour security, laundry service, and secure parking, and is accessible to guests with restricted mobility.
