Tamu Tamu Serengeti Camp

Tamu Tamu Serengeti Camp sits in the Serengeti, forty-five minutes by road from Seronera — the central hub of the national park and one of its most reliably active wildlife areas. The camp has ten tents in four configurations: single, double, twin, and triple. The triple tent works for families or small groups and can be arranged as three singles or a double plus one.

Each tent is built around the same practical list: a private veranda, indoor and outdoor shower, en-suite bathroom with double washbasins and a flushing toilet, writing desk, and charging points. Power runs on solar around the clock, with a generator as backup. The outdoor shower is a separate fixture, not a rephrasing of the indoor one.

The camp's elevated lounge and restaurant sit above the surrounding terrain, which gives the dining area open views across the Serengeti. A fireplace runs in the evenings. Wi-Fi is available in the lounge and restaurant at no additional charge. The bar accepts credit cards.

The camp is run by the same team behind the Olerai property in Arusha. English is spoken throughout.
