The Haven All Suite Resort

Founded as The Haven All Suite Resort and rebranded under TUI BLUE's portfolio, the property occupies a four-acre lake surrounded by primary forest and limestone hills in Ipoh's Ulu Kinta district. City centre lies fifteen minutes by road. Forty-six suites occupy Banyan Tower and villa blocks; every unit includes a private balcony. Two-bedroom Deluxe suites measure 968 square feet and accommodate two adults and two children under six. Three-bedroom layouts step up in scale. All bathrooms are en suite.

The five-level pool descends in seahorse form from jacuzzi through leisure, lap, children's, and wading sections. The 600-metre jogging track circles the lake perimeter. Tennis, basketball, squash, badminton, and table-tennis courts operate on site. A meditation deck overlooks the water. The Haven Spa, on the Clubhouse first floor, runs massage, facial, and body treatments using essential oils; a steam room adjoins the gym.

Cuisines Restaurant, poolside at ground level, serves breakfast and lunch without MSG or artificial additives. The Premiere occupies Banyan Tower's first floor for private dining. Shuttle service and bicycle rental run from reception. Excursion packages reach Perak attractions and wider Malaysia. The Helipad, Rock Garden, Amphitheatre, and Rooftop function as event venues alongside the Haven Ballroom and seminar rooms.
