Each cottage includes a king or queen bed, mosquito net, fireplace, dual wash basins, rain shower, and a private deck with chairs and chaise overlooking the forest canopy. Twin Cottages pair a king and queen bed. Two-bedroom units measure 138 to 188 m² and include interconnected rooms, a shared lounge, and an oversized wooden deck.
The main lodge areas include an infinity pool with views across the valley, a lakeside amphitheatre set into the forest, and Kipepeo Restaurant serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner on a terrace or beside the fireplace. Much of the produce is grown on site in the fertile Karatu soil. The Nest Bar lounge overlooks the pool. A 1,500-metre jogging trail passes through upper and lower sections of the property. Guests fish or kayak on the man-made lake. The spa offers massages. A tennis court and conference facilities for one hundred people in theatre configuration are available. Ngorongoro Crater lies one hour by vehicle. Lake Manyara National Park is 45 minutes away. Wireless internet and laundry service are complimentary.
