Li Jiang takes its name from the Chinese for "beautiful river", a nod to the hotel's setting on the Grand Canal. The open kitchen sits at the centre of the room, where chefs make dim sum by hand alongside rice and noodle dishes drawn from Southeast Asian tradition. An outdoor terrace, set among olive trees, looks out towards the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque. The restaurant serves modern takes on Oriental cooking, spiced and authentic, in a setting that pairs kitchen theatre with a quiet garden outlook.
