Mijana is the hotel's signature Middle Eastern restaurant, a MICHELIN Guide-selected room built around Lebanese and regional cooking. Chefs prepare dishes within view of the tables, while shisha, tea and live music run through the evening. Seating extends outdoors, under open sky, with sightlines towards the Grand Mosque. It runs daily from late afternoon into the early hours, making it as suited to a long dinner as a late-night shisha session. Dress code is smart casual.
