Set 1.5 kilometres from the entrance to Victoria Falls in the centre of Victoria Falls town, Zimbabwe, Victoria Falls Oasis Hotel occupies a plot on Fox Road within walking distance of the town's markets, restaurants, and activity booking offices. Twenty-four rooms divide into two categories. Eight Deluxe rooms sit on the ground floor and measure 46 m² each; sliding doors connect them directly to the garden. Each Deluxe unit holds a super-king bed or twin three-quarter beds, an en-suite bathroom with shower, and a kitchenette. A pull-out sofa bed or cot accommodates children. Standard units measure between 20.5 and 21.2 m²; some connect via inter-leading doors for families. All rooms include air conditioning, ceiling fan, mosquito nets, tea and coffee facilities, complimentary Wi-Fi, safe, and hairdryer. Tropical planting fills the central garden around a main swimming pool and two splash pools. The on-site restaurant serves breakfast and lunch daily; the menu focuses on Afro-fusion cuisine prepared with local ingredients. A pub overlooks the pool. Helicopter flights, white-water rafting, bungee jumping, jet boat rides, sunset cruises, and elephant encounters can be arranged from reception. Guided tours of Victoria Falls depart daily.
