A 12-night journey for four adults through three chapters of South Africa — from the Big Five bushveld of the Kruger lowveld to the fynbos coastline of the Overberg and the architectural winelands of Franschhoek, ending with three nights in Cape Town where mountain meets harbour. Designed for a retired German surgeon and his architect wife celebrating 35 years of marriage, joined by their Cape Town-based daughter and her British birder husband. Every property was selected for a specific reason: wildlife credibility, birding endemics, design integrity, and the ability to serve a strictly vegan menu without improvising.
