Check in at Torre Five and you arrive at the rooftop first: a 350 m² deck with a pool ringed by planting, a panoramic lift, and a wine cellar built for controlled temperature, humidity and light. The tower holds five floors and forty rooms, each fitted with underfloor heating and a Smart TV. Next door, Torre Atrium takes a different pace. It is a six-storey block of 58 fully equipped apartments, built for stays that run longer than a weekend. Kitchens come with a kettle, microwave and toaster; balcony rooms add a private terrace with garden furniture. A gym, spa, barbershop and the Jazzcube bar, with live music nightly, sit between the two towers. The complex stands in Villa Morra, a district of cafés, boutiques and restaurants a short walk from La Cuadrita's pedestrian lane and the shops and bars of Paseo Carmelitas.
