The Central Business District and Orchard Road are both a short drive away. The building holds 255 serviced apartments, arranged from one-bedroom suites up to a four-bedroom penthouse of 350 square metres. Each unit has a kitchenette, and the larger three-bedroom apartments come with a private balcony or terrace. Bedrooms carry king or queen beds, with a single bed added in some three-bedroom layouts for children or guests. Downstairs, residents can swim in the pool, use the 24-hour gym, or sit in the sauna and steam room after a workout. Families have a separate wading pool and a Play Zone with a retro arcade and an indoor jungle set for younger children. There are barbecue pits for evenings outdoors.
