Sandals Regency La Toc

Sandals Regency La Toc is an adults-only, all-inclusive resort set above the water on La Toc Road, on the edge of Castries. It is built across a stretch of coast facing the Caribbean Sea, with the Pitons and the reef at Anse Chastanet within reach for a day out. Rooms run from garden-view doubles to two-storey Butler villas with private pools, and the newest wing holds circular Rondoval villas with rooftop decks for stargazing. Ten restaurants cover Caribbean, sushi and other kitchens, backed by nine bars, including a few built into the pools. Green fees at Cap Estate Golf & Country Club are included, as is a full water sports list: kayaks, windsurfing, paddleboards, Hobie Cats and snorkelling gear. PADI-certified divers can join the scuba programme to explore nearby reefs and wrecks. On land there is croquet, bocce, pickleball and lawn chess, alongside a fitness centre fitted with Life Fitness equipment. The Red Lane Spa offers treatments drawn from Caribbean tradition. Couples can also book a private candlelit dinner on the beach, in a garden, or on their own terrace. It is a resort built for pace-setting by the guest rather than the clock. Butler service is available on select suites, and check-in guests can expect staff on hand for most requests during the stay.
